The jump-like PTCR effect in a Ni-BaTiO3 magnetic composite

چکیده
Abstract The ceramic composites BaTiO 3 @Ni, composed of a conducting nickel and highly resistive ferroelectric phase, exhibiting positive temperature coefficient electrical resistivity (PTCR), are prepared using conventional method at less than 1000 °C. @Ni show jump-like PTCR effect in by about eight orders magnitude ( ρ max / min ≈ 10 8 ) with < 1 Ωcm. This is the first example standard element relatively high magnetization. grain relocations (a microstructural rearrangement) on microscopic scale composite filmed transmission electron microscope while heating through phase transition (Curie temperature), which induces anomaly. anomaly explained terms transition-assisted resistivity.
